The Spagnulo & Partners architecture studio has developed a design that emphasizes the property's historic origin and its landscape and natural value, immersed in a 20 hectare estate of 20 hectares of centuries-old trees and olive trees. In the selection of craftsmen and partners, priority was given to local artisans and materials in order to address a sustainable renovation and to make Borgo dei Conti the cradle of Umbrian craftsmanship and material traditions.

The historic 19th-century villa has 21 rooms including 13 suites ranging from 50 to 116 square meters. Many communicating rooms perfectly designed to accommodate multigenerational family gatherings.

The Colonica has 19 rooms including 10 suites, many with romantic connotations perfect for wedding proposals, honeymoons and anniversaries.

The ancient lemon house dating back to the early 1900s welcomes our guests to the Gourmet Restaurant in the evening and the place where every morning at breakfast you can enjoy the brightness and majesty of its spaces. The Villa's bar is enhanced by the outdoor veranda located in the scenic cloister.

The Spa, 650 square meters in size with a dedicated reception area, has new individual and couples treatment cabins, indoor spaces with two saunas, a Turkish bath, an indoor jacuzzi, and a salt room. Among the spa facilities, the relaxation room and indoor heated pool can accommodate up to 12 people.

The outdoor swimming pool always characterized by incredible views of the estate and the Umbrian countryside features completely renovated furnishings. Next to the pool is the pool bar and the Osteria del borgo with mediterranean cuisine and our master pièce pizza.

The cinema under the stars and the amphitheater are locations of extraordinary events dedicated to our guests, from jazz jam sessions to classical music concerts to the screening of cult movies of the Dolce Vita. For families and children a new swimming pool and a 'dedicated area inside the park.
